Axiom Welcomes New Members to the Team

Axiom Investors is pleased to welcome Matt Welling, CFA, Kendall Marthaler, and John Daniels to the firm during the first quarter of 2021.

Matt joins Axiom as a Director in the firm’s Client Service and Marketing department. He helps further establish a West Coast presence for Axiom, as he will work from the firm’s first satellite office located in Salt Lake City, Utah. His responsibilities will include partnering with Axiom’s clients as well as expanding relationships with the consultant and institutional investment community. With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Matt joins Axiom Investors following a six-year tenure at Wasatch Global Investors, where he served as a Vice President of Institutional Business Development. Earlier in his career, he was an associate on the Global Principal Investments team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Brigham Young University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Kendall joins Axiom’s investment team serving as a Research Associate and small/micro cap equity generalist. Prior to Axiom, Kendall was an Equity Research Associate at Citi. She graduated cum laude from University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance & Economics.

John joins Axiom as a Compliance Associate. Previously, he was an Engagement Consultant and an Associate Engagement Consultant at Eze Software Group. John holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Management from Fairfield University.
