Employee Spotlight: Axiom Celebrates Employee Anniversaries & Certifications

Axiom celebrated several employee milestones during the third quarter of 2023, including Axiom anniversaries and a certification of achievement.

Michael DeCarlo, Trader, celebrated his 15-year anniversary with Axiom in September. Michael supports all Axiom strategies and focuses on Asian Equities. Prior to Axiom, he spent time as a Trader and the Head of Operations at North Sound Capital, and as a Vice President of Equity Financing Services for Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Global Finance from Fordham University.

Kyle McDonald, Research Associate, celebrated his 10-year anniversary with Axiom in July. In his role, Kyle is a part of Axiom’s investment team with a focus on small and micro-cap equities. Kyle began his professional career at Axiom in 2013, where he was a member of the operations team until 2019. He has spent the last four years in his research role. Kyle received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Villanova University.

Congratulations to both Mike and Kyle on achieving their milestones at Axiom!

Isabelle Jubin, Marketing Associate, earned her CFA Institute Certification in ESG investing, joining four other members of the firm in this achievement. Launched in September of 2019, the certification was developed in consultation with leading firms and supported by the UN PRI. Axiom continues to support professional development and advanced education by providing employees with the support they need to achieve such goals, which is important for not only for the growth of the firm, but also for the personal and professional advancement of our employees.
