Employee Spotlight: 2026 Promotions

Axiom Investors is proud to recognize the promotions of Anna Kim to Partner, Director of Human Resources, and Kyle McDonald to Research Analyst.

Anna has played an integral role in advancing Axiom’s people strategy and stewarding the collaborative, client-focused culture that defines our Firm. Since joining Axiom, she has enhanced our HR function, partnering closely with senior management to support talent development, thoughtful processes and policies, and the continued evolution of Axiom’s organizational infrastructure. Her leadership has helped ensure that Axiom remains well-positioned to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals aligned with our long-term, client-focused culture of excellence.

Kyle joined Axiom in 2013 and transitioned from Operations to Research in 2019. He has since become a valued member of the Small Cap team, supporting the International and Global Small Cap strategies. Kyle’s research contributions, strong analytical perspective, collaborative approach, and engagement across the Firm reflect the culture and standards that are central to Axiom. His path from Operations to Research also reflects Axiom’s commitment to developing talent from within and creating opportunities for individuals to grow across the organization.
