David Schneider – Promotion to Global Equity Portfolio Manager
Since joining Axiom in 2007 as a Research Associate, David quickly distinguished himself through his intellectual curiosity, disciplined research process, and collaborative approach. As a Global Sector Analyst specializing in the technology sector, David has partnered closely with Steve Espinosa to deepen Axiom’s domain expertise in one of the most dynamic areas of the market.
Over his 18-year tenure, David has contributed meaningfully to multiple Axiom investment strategies through his deep sector insights and strong investment acumen. David’s promotion to Portfolio Manager reflects his sustained impact, leadership within the investment team, and alignment with Axiom’s evidence-based, forward-looking investment philosophy. Brian Forte – Promotion to Partner, Director of Risk & Performance Analytics, and 10-year anniversary
Axiom Investors is proud to announce the promotion of Brian Forte to Partner. Brian will continue in his role as Director of Risk & Performance Analytics, marking a significant milestone in his career as he also celebrates his 10-year anniversary with the firm which he reached in March 2025. Since joining Axiom in 2015, Brian has played a pivotal role in leading the firm’s Risk & Performance Analytics function. Under his leadership, this critical area has evolved into a core component of Axiom’s investment and operational framework. Brian has been a trusted partner to teams across the organization, consistently applying a problem-solving approach, institutionalizing key workflows, and helping teams achieve measurable success. We look forward to Brian’s continued impact and congratulate him on both his well-deserved promotion and his decade of outstanding service to Axiom.
Rachel Callahan – Promotion to Senior Associate, Investor Services
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Callahan to Senior Associate on Axiom’s Investor Services team. Rachel joined Axiom in 2021 from Teragram and has since become a key contributor to the Investor Services function. She has consistently demonstrated strong execution across all areas of the team’s responsibilities and played an active role in advancing Axiom’s Responsible Investing initiatives. Rachel’s collaborative approach and active engagement in the firm’s social and community outreach events have made a meaningful impact on Axiom’s culture. Her commitment to continuous learning and development is equally commendable—Rachel has completed her MBA and earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing during her time at the firm. Paul Fletcher – Promotion to Senior Associate, Compliance
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Fletcher to Senior Associate within Axiom’s Compliance team.
Since joining Axiom in 2015 from Vision Financial Markets, Paul has made valuable contributions across multiple functions at the firm. He began his Axiom career as an Operations Associate, later transitioned to support the Trading Desk, and most recently joined the Compliance team in 2023.
Paul brings a unique combination of institutional knowledge, cross-functional experience, and a consistently positive attitude to his role. His recent achievement of the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation further underscores his commitment to professional growth and excellence in the field.
