Employee Spotlight: Anniversaries

Axiom is delighted to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of David Kim, CFA, and the 10-year anniversaries of Steve Hanson and Paul Fletcher.

David Kim is a Portfolio Manager at Axiom, where he leads the U.S. Small Cap Equity Strategy and also has portfolio management responsibilities across the Concentrated Global Growth, Global Small Cap, and International/Micro Cap Opportunity strategies. Prior to joining Axiom, David was a Global Equity Research Analyst at Pinnacle Associates. He is a CFA and CMT Charterholder, an FSA Credential holder, and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, CFA Institute, and the SASB Alliance. David also serves as a Trustee of the Blake Foundation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a double major in Finance and International Business.

Steve Hanson is a Director of Client Partnerships at Axiom Investors, working closely with many of the firm’s institutional clients, consultants and financial intermediary relationships in the US and globally. Prior to joining Axiom, Steve was a Vice President of Institutional Consultant Relations in the New York City office of American Century Investments, and earlier in his career, he was a Director of Public Fund Services at Lord Abbett & Company. Steve earned his B.S.B.A. in Economics from the University of Central Florida and his M.B.A. from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.

Paul Fletcher is a Senior Associate on Axiom’s Compliance team and has more than 15 years of industry experience. He joined the firm in 2015 as an Operations Associate. Prior to Axiom, Paul worked as a Trading Operations Analyst and Operations Associate at Vision Financial Markets. He holds a B.S. in Business and Technology from the University of Connecticut and is an IACCP Certified Compliance Professional.
