Fourth Quarter 2017 CIT vehicle funds, Citywire’s Boutique of the Week and Global Growth Equity Strategy


Axiom Emerging Markets Equity Strategy’s CIT vehicle funds with $642 million
In the fourth quarter of 2017, the Axiom Emerging Markets Equity Strategy’s Collective Investment Trust (CIT) vehicle was funded with a $642 million investment. The availability of the Axiom Emerging Markets Equity CIT further enables the firm to serve the needs of US defined contribution and ERISA clients. Initially launched in the fourth quarter of 2016, Axiom Investors’ CIT vehicles have grown to a combined AUM of $902 million as of December 31, 2017. The firm currently has four funded CIT vehicles: the Axiom International Equity Strategy, Axiom International Small Cap Equity Strategy, Axiom Emerging Markets World Equity Strategy, and Axiom Emerging Markets Equity Strategy, however, all of Axiom Investors’ long only strategies are available for CIT investment.

SEI Trust Company (the “Trustee”) serves as the Trustee of the Trust and maintains ultimate fiduciary authority over the management of, and the investments made in, the Fund. The Fund is part of a Collective Investment Trust (the “Trust”) operated by the Trustee. The Trustee is a trust company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (SEI).”

The Axiom Investors Collective Investment Trust is a trust for the collective investment of assets of participating tax-qualified pension and profit sharing plans and related trusts, and governmental plans as more fully described in the Declaration of Trust. The Axiom Investors Trust is managed by SEI Trust Company, the trustee, based on the investment advice of Axiom Investors, the investment adviser to the trust. As a bank collective trust, the Axiom Investors Trust is exempt from registration as an investment company.

Axiom Investors’ Concentrated Global Growth Equity Strategy reaches 3-year anniversary
Axiom Investors celebrates the three year anniversary of the Axiom Concentrated Global Growth Equity Strategy. The Strategy is led by Andrew Jacobson, CFA, Axiom’s chief investment officer, with Bradley Amoils and Donald Elefson, CFA serving as co-portfolio managers. As of November 30, 2017, Axiom Investors collectively manages $3.1 billion in dedicated global equity assets. The Concentrated Global Growth Equity Strategy implements Axiom’s firm wide Dynamic Growth approach to invest in a portfolio of 20 – 50 high conviction global developed market and emerging market revenue companies. As of December 31, 2017 the Strategy outperformed the MSCI All Country World Index (net) by 12.32% on a one year basis and 2.82% on a three year basis. The Strategy is available for investment through a separate account, UCITS (ISIN: IE00BDR6N137), Collective Investment Trust, or Commingled Fund.
